What we do to Edmonton floors

Hardwood Floor Repair

Not every floor needs the whole treatment. Sometimes it is four boards by the back door, a gouge where a fridge was dragged, or a plank that split when the house dried out over winter.

Water Damage Hardwood Floor Repair

Edges rising higher than the middle of the board is the classic sign of water under a floor. Caught early, a lot of it can be saved. Left alone, it travels.

Full Hardwood Floor Refinish

When the wood itself is worn through, stained, or you want a different colour, a full refinish takes the floor back to bare oak and builds the finish up again. It is the reset that makes a forty year old floor look new.

Screen and Recoat

If your floors look dull and lightly scratched but the wood underneath is still sound, a recoat is all you need. It is the cheapest way to make a floor look after itself again, and it spends none of your wood.

Hardwood Floor Sanding and Staining

A sand and stain goes past the sheen and changes the colour of the wood itself. It is how a 1970s orange oak floor becomes something you want to look at.
