What happens after you submit

How we quote
The quote is free and there is no cost for the visit. We price the work the floor actually needs: if a screen and recoat will do it, a recoat is what we quote. If the job turns out bigger than you expected, we explain why, in front of the floor, before anything is booked.
What to have ready
- Roughly how many rooms, or the approximate square footage.
- Roughly when the house was built, which usually tells us what the floor is.
- Anything you have noticed: dullness, scratches, gaps, stains, or boards lifting at the edges.
- Whether the floor has been sanded before, if you happen to know.
- Whether you want to keep the current colour or change it.
